Do you need to produce some composite product !? If yes, you will need at first the mould, because the final product is necessary to produce into the mould. Either you can supply your mould for our final production or we can make for you our mould from the special mould’s composite products. So that would be possible to produce any mould, must be at first produced some shape pattern – the model. Thanks this positive model is possible to produce the negative mould by copying of this model. Either you can supply it also or we can make this model for you of course. We are able to produce the model by hand modeling or by absolute exact CNC – milling, eventually by the help of Rapid - prototyping. You must supply to us only some drawings or sketches of model and we are able to make it for you. In case of CNC – milling is sufficient supply to us the 3D data in the IGES or STEP format and we will take care of all else. If you haven’t any 3D data and you have only some pattern which isn’t possible supply to us as the model for mould production, it isn’t any handicap. This patter is possible to scan by special 3D scanner and 3D data will be thanks it generated. This data is possible than use for CNC – milling for exact CNC – model. On these models is necessary to make a suitable finish surface and thanks it is possible to separate this models for the subsequent mould production.
